School Holiday Kids’ Yoga

The Swan is hosting school holiday kids’ yoga with Yasmin Strong during the school holidays.

This session incorporates fun and games into a traditional yoga session.

The 45-minute session offers children the chance to release
energy, explore yoga postures and sequences but most importantly find
new ways to relax and focus.

Select the session for your child:

1.15 – 2.00pm 4-7-year-olds

2.15 – 3.15pm 8-13 year olds

Yoga can help children to build confidence, self-awareness,
co-ordination, communication and strength
